Anderson Mechanical Services was established in 1996 as David Anderson Plumbing and Heating Services with the simple aim of providing a quality domestic heating and plumbing service at an affordable price. Subsequent expansion has seen us move into the industrial and commercial sector lending our expertise to major construction projects and forming partnerships with a number of prominent construction companies. We can offer a full design and installation service for plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to both the residential and commercial markets. In 2006 we formed an alliance with BSRIA Ltd to provide an Airtightness Testing service to Ireland. With revisions to the building regulations the industry now demands higher thermal standards for both domestic and non-domestic buildings and contractors must prove compliance with an airtightness test.
