We are forecasting building between 10 and 15 homes this year, under the supervision of local engineers and architects. Since 2014, we have completed more than 20 private houses which were overseen by a local chartered engineers. Our current business structure allows us take a job from a tender application to a turnkey solution for our clients. Our business requires us to cooperate with an overseeing engineer and our local planning department, to insure all works are being carried out to a high standard of work and to the new building regulations. As well as new residential builds, we have also completed many extensions and renovations throughout County Waterford for both the private residential and commercial sectors. We have carried out complete fit outs for public houses and an extension and fit out for a local Waterford solicitor's office. We have also undertaken projects for the Department of Education including school extensions.
