The Oriental Medicine Clinic uses a multi disciplinary approach to patient care. Specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine,Oriental Body Balance, Cupping, Moxibustion, Tongue, Pulse Diagnosis & Meridian Therapy. As the body is a holistic system, we assess the muscles, bone structure, internal organs, food intolerance, lymphatic system, blood and psychology of the individual. It is essential that the condition is not just masked (like a pain killer would) but cleared by finding the root cause and applying the best therapy. The root cause of a condition may actually lie in what appears to be an unrelated area of the body. If the root cause is not accurately identified through diagnosis then the presenting ailment will reassert itself over time. Accurate diagnosis is at the heart of the effectiveness of the therapies used by the Oriental Medicine Clinic’s. Each new patient receives a full consultation on their particular problem and then the practitioner will recommend a specific treatment or a range of treatments to suit the condition. The Oriental Medicine Clinic is a registered member of both the British Registrar of Complimentary Practitioners & the Traditional Chinese Medical Council of Ireland and as such adheres to a strict code of ethics and conduct. We are registered with the HSE, Vivas, VHI, Bupa & Quinn Healthcare. The Oriental Medicine Clinic’s Dublin clinic’s are in Glenageary, Baggot Street, Finglas & Lucan. We also have a clinic in Athenry as well as a number of clinic’s in the UK.
