Built by our family in 1741, Glenlohane is a house of great character, comfort and tranquility. It contains furniture and memorabilia that reflect 10 generations and circa three centuries’ of residence. Timeless in its parkland setting and overlooking terraced lawns, the house is surrounded by stately trees and the rolling fields of the 250 acre farm/estate. Guests may stay in the beautiful main house as our guests or alternatively they can stay in the traditional period cottage on the estate. The cottage dates from the 1600's and retains many original features, but has been updated over the years and is comfortable and warm and with all modern conveniences.
