Therapy Dublin

‘The emotional scars we bear remind us where we have been but they do not have to determine our future direction.’

I am a fully qualified experienced, accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and an accredited Supervisor.  Being an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) means that I work to the guidelines of that organisation.   I offer a caring confidential professional service in a secure and comfortable environment.

If you are finding life difficult, with issues getting on top of you or perhaps you feel overwhelmed by problems you are not alone, as these are very challenging times.  It may feel as if you have lost control of your life, but there are ways to regain a sense of control in your life.

Issues that therapy can help with are:

Depression, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, insomnia, relationship problems, trauma, phobias, suicidal thoughts, addiction, bereavement and obsessive irrational thoughts.

Counselling and psychotherapy is an effective process which can help free you from obstacles to your personal growth. Counselling deals with issues in the present and addresses immediate concerns in your life which are causing you pain.  This enables you to have a better quality of life.  Psychotherapy examines what part your past plays in the issues you now find problematic.  Even deep seated patterns can be changed, or at least modified, to give you the tools to move forward in the areas of your life that are most important to you.

The insights you will gain will impact every area of your life and will remain with you forever  This may be the best investment you ever make in yourself.

Confidential one to one sessions usually take 50 minutes and the fee is €70.

Couples counselling sessions are €80.

Just phone or email for an appointment.
