Operations Manager

15 years ago Mary-Beth started at UCD as Conference and Events Manager with her proficient experience in hotels, hospitality and events. In 2020 she took up the role of Operations Manager for the UCD University Club and O’Reilly Hall.

In her free time, she supports her two boys, indulges in Musical Theatre and plays tennis at her local club.

Conference and Events Manager

An established Conference Manager who has extensive expertise in the execution of events has strong organisation and event planning skills with demonstrated experience within the Higher Education Industry.

Fiona is an avid runner although she would say –“more of a fast walk”, has an interest in food and loves to cook – she is never happier than when creating a wholesome dish for friends and family.

Anna Elizabeth Quinn

Senior Conference and Events Coordinator

Anna-Elizabeth Quinn, UCD Graduate with a background in theatre production and administration. Her events began with her voluntary work with UCD Student societies, where she was the Events and Public Relations Officer for UCD LGBTQ+ before going on to the position of Auditor during her masters year. She joined the team as the Conference and Events Coordinator in 2020 and oversees bookings for O'Reilly Hall.

Sales and Marketing Manager

A key member of the team since 2019 prior to the opening of the UCD University Club. With a great number of years of experience at some of Ireland's most successful hotels, she places great emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.

When not in the office Anne Marie is an avid rugby supporter, loves the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends and is always up for a laugh.

Nicole McCarron

Nicole McCarron

Marketing Executive

Nicole McCarron, a UCD Graduate, joined the Sales & Marketing Team in 2022. With a number of years of experience in Retail Management, Nicole opted for a career change after completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Marketing during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

A native of Donegal, Nicole enjoys running, hiking and the GAA. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and crocheter.

Receptionist

Also called: “Annie”, is the first person who will meet you with a big smile when you enter the UCD University Club. She would be more than happy to assist you when you need help and enjoy a bit of delightful conversation, so feel free to share any news with her on your arrival.

When she is not working she is pitchside to support her footballer boys.
