1 out of 5 stars The DVD was a better copy   February 24, 2010
David Reid
If you're going to get a copy of La Haine, get the DVD version. The blu-ray was a terrible transfer... the definition hadn't been touched, and the grain looked ugly on an HDtv, the sound wasn't of as high a quality and they even changed the subtitles for the worse. Why!? The subtitles were perfectly fine before!

Do yourself a favour and get the DVD.

3 out of 5 stars Only english subtitles...   January 20, 2010

The same thing I said about the motorcycle diaries. They need to put more subtitle options in the Bluray Movies, it doesn't make any sense that a disc that as 50gb of space is lacking subtitle content. Specially since the dvd release as more options...

5 out of 5 stars nice item!   December 26, 2009

I feel that this hits a hard impact on us.

It is say... very powerful showing that what is depicted is bad to society.

I personally recommend it.

How can one release a Blu-Ray with just one language available? It is even a DVD-Standard to have two or more languages to choose.
