i ordered the item i then waited and waited some more a week of two went past and i got told that they would not say that my item is missing untill 3 weeks went past ok so 3 weeks went past called them up and then they sent it out it took 4 weeks to get the item :( once i finnaly recived the item it didnt work ok my pc not recomend steer well clear

I had been running Vista on my laptop that came pre installed.
After the years warranty had expired, I decided to clear out all the pre installed programs, and start fresh with 7.
This also meant I could run 64bit to make use of the 4Gig of RAM.
Thirdly, I was looking for power saving which I was informed 7 offers over Vista, it does indeed run easier on my processor, and non active screen dimming etc all help when I am running on batteries.
Overall 7 is simple to use, much the same as Vista, some nice extra features, though I am sure there are lots I have not used.
The only problems I had was finding all the drivers for my hardware, but bit by bit I have got there.
I would recommend this to anyone with XP or Vista

Replacing unsatisfactory Vista with Windows 7 caused a jumping cursor problem with my laptop. Microsoft are not helpful with such problems, which are their fault.
