This is no means an easy work-out but it's a work-out that really does work. I've tried many exercise videos over the years but this is one I keep coming back to. It's tough, and Mr Motivator's voice can be annoying after you've heard it hundreds of times, but I really like the exotic locations where this video was made in Australia and I always feel motivated afterwards and proud of myself that I completed the one hour aerobic session. For anybody who is serious about getting back into, or simply staying in shape, this is the best.

One of the foremost thinkers in gastro-kinesis and indeed one of the few staples of daytime body mass reductionits, the aptly named "Mr motivator" returns with a more concentrated and in-depth study of how to quell the assimilation of unsightly or displeasurable solid and semi solid lipids. In this particular study he investigates the potential to deter or even remove the inclusion of these fats through exercise (principally motivation) so that over time one's carnal projection can be enriched to a level that is morally acceptable. The dawn of our 21st anno domini century has heightened our knowledge of bio-science to such an extent that Mr.Motivators once "crazy" or "unfounded" 1994esque doctrines have now been proven irrefuteably correct, and have dispelled popular conjecture over his shamanic fundamentalism.
In retrospect one has to applaud Mr Motivators perception, and also his strength of conviction in the face of such adversity. Whilst his other motion video tapes are often deemed lacklustre, Body Conditioner attacks his critics with fervent aplomb, searing his "so what" mentality upon those who are strong enough to delve into his realms of subversion. 5 stars
